What is an AI prompt in Vauris?+
A prompt is a question or search-style request that a potential customer might ask an AI assistant. For example, a prompt could compare vendors, ask for recommendations, or look for the best product in a category. Vauris tracks how your brand performs against those prompts over time.
How does tracking work?+
You add your brand, define the prompts that matter, choose the AI models and tracking frequency, then Vauris runs those checks for you. Results are saved in your dashboard so you can compare visibility, mentions, rankings, citations, and competitor presence across completed runs.
What are Insights?+
Insights turn completed tracking runs into a clearer view of performance. They summarize visibility, mention rate, average score, prompt performance, provider behavior, competitor pressure, cited domains, sentiment, recurring recommendations, and action items.
What are Actions and Domains inside Insights?+
Actions highlight practical next steps found in AI responses, such as content gaps, positioning issues, or citation opportunities. Domains show which websites AI models cite most often, whether those sources belong to you, competitors, marketplaces, social platforms, references, or external publishers.
How often can Vauris run checks?+
Vauris supports one-time checks for immediate testing and scheduled monitoring for ongoing visibility. Depending on your plan, you can run daily tracking and receive reports by email so your team does not need to manually repeat the same checks.
Which AI models are monitored?+
Vauris currently focuses on major AI answer engines including ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity. The platform is built so model coverage can expand as more providers become important for AI search and buyer discovery.
Do I need technical setup to use Vauris?+
No technical setup is required to get started. You create an account, add your brand details, add prompts, and start tracking. More advanced users can refine competitors, countries, languages, recipients, report templates, and white-label reporting depending on the plan.
Can I create an account with a personal email?+
Yes. Work and personal emails are both accepted. A work email can make team setup and billing easier later, but Vauris does not block personal emails during account creation.
How do reports work?+
Reports summarize completed monitoring runs into shareable outputs. You can view run history in the dashboard, receive scheduled email reports, and export PDFs from tracking and Insights views for internal updates or client-facing summaries.
What content is included in a report?+
Reports include the prompt or tracking context, model-by-model answers, visibility and scoring signals, brand mentions, ranking positions, citations, evidence quality, detected risks, and practical recommendations. Insights reports add broader summaries such as trends, provider comparisons, competitor pressure, cited domains, sentiment, and action items.
What are white-label reports?+
White-label reports let agencies and teams present monitoring results without standard Vauris branding. Depending on your plan, you can customize report presentation for client-facing or internal stakeholder updates while keeping the same tracking, Insights, and PDF export workflow.
